Helpmate BPO is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Vikaspuri. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle sales and customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services.

. Handle inbound inquiries, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.

. Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospective clients to ensure conversions.

. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns and market trends.

. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Skills

. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

. Strong sales and persuasion skills.

. Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

. Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.

. A positive and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications & Experience

. Education: Minimum Graduation in any discipline.

. Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with prior telecalling or sales experience will be given preference.

. Industry Experience: Experience in BPO, customer service, or sales is a plus.
