Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and energetic Telecallers to join our team at Nirvana Association. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, promoting products/services, and providing customer support over the phone. This position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, communication, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and customers based on provided leads.
Product Promotion: Promote and explain the products/services offered by Nirvana Association to potential customers.
Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities and generate interest in our products/services.
Customer Support: Address customer queries, provide information, and offer solutions over the phone.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and move leads through the sales pipeline.
Achieve Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed (if applicable).
Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers to understand their needs and improve services.
Skills & Qualifications:
No prior experience required: This role is open to freshers and individuals looking to start their career in telemarketing.
Good Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally over the phone.
Persuasiveness: Ability to influence and engage customers effectively.
Listening Skills: Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with using basic computer systems (e.g., CRM software, MS Office).
Problem-solving Ability: Address customer queries or issues promptly and efficiently.
Positive Attitude: Energetic, self-motivated, and friendly approach to work.
Preferred (but not required):
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Ability to speak in multiple languages (if applicable).
