• Team Leadership and Management:
+ Recruit, train, and motivate a team of insurance agents.
+ Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance management to ensure team targets and objectives are met.
+ Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
• Sales and Business Development:
+ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency goals and objectives.
+ Drive sales activities and monitor the performance of individual agents against targets.
+ Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the agency's client base.
• Client Relationship Management:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
+ Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
+ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
