The ideal candidate will drive lead acquisition through social media , and engaging potential customers via the calling and chat process . This role is perfect for someone who can blend digital marketing skills with direct customer interaction to build relationships and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute organic lead generation strategies across social media platforms , blogs, forums, and other channels.

- Engage with potential leads through inbound and outbound calls , as well as live chat , to answer queries, nurture relationships, and qualify them for the sales funnel.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content that drives organic traffic and conversions.

- Manage and monitor the performance of social media campaigns, ensuring engagement and lead conversion.

- Maintain a strong and professional rapport with leads through personalized communication.

- Track and analyze lead generation data, providing regular reports to assess effectiveness.

- Ensure seamless coordination between the marketing and sales teams for smooth lead handovers.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in organic lead generation , preferably within a digital marketing role.

- Strong knowledge of content marketing , and social media strategies.

- Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer interaction through calls and live chat.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and customer communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in using social media management tools (e.g., instagram, facebook, etc).

- Prior experience in the calling and chat process for lead nurturing or customer service.
