• Resolve customer issues by identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions or escalating complex queries to the relevant teams.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and effective assistance.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update internal databases with details of queries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes.
