The Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through online chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to quickly resolve issues and answer inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
