Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated UG freshers pursuing an integrated Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Computer Applications (MCA) to join our team as Trainee Business Analysts / IT Consultants. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and IT solutions while contributing to real projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Analysis: Support the business analysis team in gathering and documenting business requirements and processes.
• Data Management: Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis to derive insights that support business decisions.
• Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
• Documentation: Help create user manuals, project reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in business analysis and project management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide support in implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Pursuing an integrated Master's degree (MBA or MCA) with relevant coursework.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
