Responsibilities:

• Conduct Engaging Lessons: Create and deliver dynamic and interactive French language lessons that cater to learners of diverse ages and proficiency levels.
• Personalized Instruction: Tailor your teaching approach to accommodate the individual learning styles, goals, and progress of each student.
• Promote Conversational Skills: Emphasize practical communication skills, enabling students to engage in real-life conversations confidently.
• Develop Curriculum: Design a comprehensive curriculum that covers grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and cultural insights.
• Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer timely and constructive feedback to students, helping them identify areas for improvement and grow their language skills.
• Encourage Cultural Understanding: Introduce learners to French culture, traditions, and etiquette, enhancing their language learning experience.
• Create Learning Materials: Develop engaging learning materials, including worksheets, exercises, and multimedia resources, to support effective teaching.
• Flexible Schedule: Offer lessons at various times to accommodate students' schedules and time zones.
• Monitor Progress: Track and document students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay Updated: Stay informed about language teaching trends, methodologies, and resources to enhance your teaching effectiveness.
• Virtual Platform Proficiency: Utilize online teaching platforms and tools effectively to deliver engaging virtual lessons.

Requirements:

• Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in the French language, with a strong grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching French to individuals or small groups, either in-person or through virtual platforms.
• Passion for Teaching: Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and helping others achieve their language goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain concepts clearly and engage learners.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate learners with different backgrounds and learning paces.
• Cultural Awareness: Knowledge of French culture and customs to provide a well-rounded learning experience.
• Tech Savviness: Comfortable using virtual teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, and other digital resources.
