Job Description

• Planning and Delivering Lessons : Designing lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards, and effectively delivering them to students.
• Assessment and Evaluation : Creating and administering assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress, and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Classroom Management : Establishing and maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment conducive to academic success and student engagement.
• Integration of Technology : Incorporating appropriate educational technology tools and resources to enhance math instruction and student learning experiences.
• Collaboration : Collaborating with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning and development, and participating in professional development activities.
• Parent Communication : Communicating regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, academic concerns, and strategies for support.
• Curriculum Development : Contributing to the development and refinement of the math curriculum, including selecting instructional materials and resources.
• Student Support : Providing additional support and assistance to students who may be struggling with math concepts, including offering extra help sessions or resources.
