French Language Expert Experience: minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in any French process.
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a dedicated French language expert to maintain our clients\xe2\x80\x99 accounts and serve as our main point of contact for our French clients. Our ideal candidate will have a passion to provide exceptional customer service. Objectives of this Role
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Client Relationship Management of B2B French clients
- Resolving customer queries through email, phone and chat communication
- Order Processing in ERP System (SAP)
- Process online orders and back orders
- Provide support for marketing campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skill in French Language - C1/C2 Level
- Experience in customer service and proven track record of receiving positive customer service.
- Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system would be an added advantage.
