Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build industry connections and promote the company's services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and logistics solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
