Job Title: Freight Manager / Sales

Qualification: Graduate/ Diploma
Years of Experience: 3 -4 yrs
Salary Package: 3.1LPA - 4.2LPA
Required Skills:
? Need to organize materials in trucks and on shelves to save time and be efficient.
? Freight handlers need to pay attention to detail and follow safety protocols.
? Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies.
Job Responsibility:
? Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner; Create and present reports for upper management.
? Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments
? Recruit and train of warehouse personnel
? Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients' criteria
? Negotiate rates with carriers.
