Freight Forwarding - Customer Service Roles and Responsibilities

Working on pricing and costing within SLA. Maintaining the up to date records of quotes.
Negotiate rates to secure business. Build rapport with Customers, Shipping Lines and agents to strengthen business relationship
Coordination with local co loader and overseas agent for any both air and sea import consignments.
Maintain customers focus on all times and response to customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries.
Customer Co-ordination & should update and provide Daily Status Report to customer.
Regular follow up on Saleslead and convert in business.
Enhancing the productivity of customer by suggesting best possible route and mode of transportation. Also, should work on lane business development.
Candidates with Import Pricing experience are preferred.
