Freight Brokers

to join our dynamic team! Whether you're an

experienced broker

or a

fresher with International BPO experience

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers. Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable deals. Monitor shipments to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries. Resolve freight-related issues and provide top-notch customer service. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Who Can Apply?

Experienced Freight Brokers

(Minimum 6 months in logistics).

Freshers with International BPO experience

& strong communication skills. Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and load boards (preferred, but not mandatory).
