What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and negotiate freight shipments between carriers and shippers
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and shippers to ensure smooth transactions
• Manage freight logistics, including scheduling, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Provide exceptional customer service to both carriers and shippers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
