Job Title: Freight Broker / Logistics Specialist

Location: Mohali (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Freight Broker / Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery while optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and clients to facilitate efficient freight operations.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts to achieve competitive pricing.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to clients regarding delivery status.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the transportation process.
• Utilize logistics software to manage and track shipments effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics operations and enhance service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a logistics role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
