Key Responsibilities:

Participate in an extensive training program to understand freight brokerage, transportation regulations, and industry tools. Identify potential clients and carriers through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers. Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers to maximize profitability. Coordinate and track shipments to ensure on-time deliveries. Handle freight documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving transportation issues promptly. Analyze data to improve efficiency and enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to optimize freight movement and business growth.
