We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Freight Broker (Fresher)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building a sales pipeline, and coordinating freight services between shippers and carriers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate leads and attract new clients while developing a strong sales pipeline. Identify and onboard reputable carriers for freight services. Provide accurate shipping quotes and negotiate the best rates for clients. Book and coordinate shipments with carriers, ensuring smooth operations. Monitor and track shipment statuses, providing timely updates to customers. Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage pickups and deliveries. Maintain accurate records of freight activities and transactions. Stay updated with market trends in the transportation industry. Utilize logistics networks and load boards to match shippers with suitable carriers. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
