Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation: Provide personalized advice to clients on real estate investments, focusing on market trends, property values, and potential returns.
• Networking: Organize and facilitate networking events and workshops for retirees and local investors to share insights and opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify viable property investment options, including residential, commercial, and rental properties.
• Property Management Guidance: Assist clients with property management strategies and resources to maximize their investment potential.
• Referral Development: Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, property managers, and other professionals to expand your network and referral base.
• Education: Create and deliver educational materials and workshops to empower clients with knowledge about real estate investing.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Visakhapatnam.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in real estate, consulting, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
