As a Freelance Real Estate Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with their ideal properties and providing expert advice on real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and available listings in Visakhapatnam.
• Property Listings: Create and manage compelling property listings, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
• Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating offers and closing deals, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other real estate professionals.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, contracts, and other administrative tasks related to property transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of the Visakhapatnam real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Reliable and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and online listing platforms is a plus.
• Access to a vehicle for property viewings and meetings is preferred.
