ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deliver engaging and comprehensive classes in your subject domain like Quantitative Aptitude (including Higher Mathematics), Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness.

2. Ensure classes are focused on achieving learning objectives and motivating students to excel in competitive entrance exams.

3. Prepare detailed class notes and reference materials in advance to facilitate smooth lesson delivery and effectively address student queries.

4. Regularly review the provided faculty notes to stay aligned with course expectations and address anticipated questions.

5. Strive to achieve above-average feedback scores from both students and center staff, continuously improving the learning experience based on feedback received.

6. Stay updated on trends and patterns from previous years' exam papers.

7. Work closely with internal faculty team members and the scheduling team to maintain a consistent and cohesive approach to curriculum delivery and ensure seamless integration of all learning materials.

Education and knowledge:

Minimum of Bachelor's degree

Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office package and IT literate.

People with different education backgrounds are also welcomed who have the zeal to contribute to the society by teaching and mentoring young students.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering Undergraduate Aptitude Entrance Classes like CUET/IPMAT Etc.

Skills:

Strong hold on the subject of expertise

Prior experience as an aptitude trainer or educator is preferred.

This is a freelancing role where classes are scheduled as needed.

Flexibility and preparedness are essential to succeed in this role.
