Collaborate with clients to understand their project staffing requirements, including roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
Develop project plans and recruitment strategies to meet client needs effectively and efficiently.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for project roles.
Manage the candidate pipeline, including applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to facilitate the interview process and selection decisions.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates as needed.
Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages with candidates on behalf of clients.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress, candidate status, and project milestones.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and project-related activities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and external partners to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and project management.
Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on project-based recruitment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and team members.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools, including online job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities to assess candidate qualifications and fit for project roles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
