We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for safeguarding our organization\'s critical infrastructure by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain network security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and access control lists (ACLs). Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses. Monitor network activity for suspicious behavior and investigate potential security incidents. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security risks and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with other IT teams to include security across the whole IT infrastructure. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on security best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in network security engineering or a related role. Strong understanding of network security principles and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, encryption). Experience with security tools and methodologies (e.g., vulnerability scanners, SIEM). Working knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
