Job Title: Freelance Third-Party Inspection (TPI) EngineerLocation: VadodaraPreferred Candidate Base: Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Dahej Job OverviewWe are looking for a Freelance Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Engineer to conduct quality inspections for a project in Vadodara. The role requires expertise in pipe inspection, quality control, and compliance with industry standards. The selected candidate will ensure that all inspection processes align with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of pipes before rolling.
• Verify compliance with NPS, thickness, and Rolling Mean Radius (RMR) standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure all inspections align with project and industry quality standards.
• Coordinate with fabrication and quality teams to address non-conformities.

• 6" NPS x 6 THK | Total: 3 Pipes | Length: 17 Mtr | Rolling Mean Radius: R-2631
• 8" NPS x 6 THK | Total: 3 Pipes | Length: 17 Mtr | Rolling Mean Radius: R-2631

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in TPI, QC, or fabrication inspection.
• Familiarity with ASNT/NDT Level II.
• Strong technical knowledge of pipe fabrication and rolling processes.
