Job Title: Online Bidder -

: We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Online Bidder. As an Online Bidder, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build relationships, and secure projects through various freelance platforms, primarily focusing on bidding platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and projects through freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc., as well as other online channels.
• Create compelling proposals and bid on relevant projects to secure new business opportunities.
• Effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Conduct competitive research and analysis to refine bidding strategies and maximize success rates.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the digital industry and market trends to position Wiselogics Digital Solution as a leader in the field.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to develop strategies for targeting new clients and markets.
• Manage and streamline the bidding process, ensuring timely submission of proposals and following up on potential leads.
• Provide regular reports and updates on bidding activities, success rates, and potential opportunities to the management team.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the digital industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of various freelance platforms and bidding processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and negotiate effectively with clients.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored proposals.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and online communication platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving business growth.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
