We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in the Mumbai Location. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.

UI-UX Designer with experience in Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator who can create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design specifications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
• Conducts remote and on-site usability testing with real users to ensure the end-product design provides users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement.
• Creates and iterates core UX design deliverables.
• Keeps abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• comfortable working as freelances from our office minimum 3 to 5 hours.
