Designation: Freelance Tally Trainer (Coimbatore)

Objective:

We are seeking a certified and experienced Tally trainer to equip learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in using Tally software. You will design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different experience levels and learning styles.

Major Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience delivering Tally training sessions, both in-person and online.
• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs covering core and advanced Tally functionalities.
• Employ a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learners and keep the training sessions interactive.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Tally ERP including accounting, inventory management, payroll, and other functionalities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest updates and features in Tally software and incorporate them into training programs.

Essential Attributes:

• Expert proficiency in Tally ERP software.
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with online training platforms.
• Ability to develop engaging and informative training materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot software issues and address learner challenges.
• Adaptable and flexible training style to cater to various learner needs and backgrounds.
• Excellent time management skills to manage multiple training sessions and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Tally certification (e.g., Tally.ERP 9 or Tally Prime) is mandatory.
• Prior experience training individuals or groups on Tally software (minimum 1 year).

Desired Skills:

• Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
• Ability to travel within the designated region for training sessions (if applicable).
• Passion for adult learning and development.
