As a company dedicated to IT Solutions, we are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Freelance Field IT Support Technician to join our network of experts! As a Freelance IT Support Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a variety of IT issues in diverse environments, ensuring impecable operations and exceptional customer service delivery.

•Key Responsibilities: •

• Deliver technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to our clients
• Offer clients technical advice and user training for IT systems and software.
• Perform system upgrades, software installations, and other IT maintenance tasks as needed.
• Record and report all service requests, work performed, and resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction on every job.

•Essential Skills & Experience: •

• Proven experience in providing IT support, preferably in a field-based or freelance role.
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, Linux and common business software applications.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.) and hardware configuration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage your own schedule, work independently, and take initiative.

•Desirable Skills: •

• Familiarity with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise software.
• Experience in IT security protocols and best practices.
• Relevant IT certifications are a considerable bonus.
