Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training programs to corporate clients and individuals across various domains, including communication skills, business etiquette, HR, and domain-specific knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs aligned with client needs and industry best practices. Conduct needs assessments and develop customized training solutions. Facilitate interactive training sessions using a variety of methodologies, including lectures, group discussions, role-playing, and case studies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their training needs are met and exceeded. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to participants and clients. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development. Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in English/Communication/Business/Marketing/HR/Psychology or relevant domain. Minimum 5 years of experience teaching communication skills, business, HR, or domain awareness, with a focus on employability and entry-level roles. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer interaction, interview techniques, and domain-specific knowledge. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong facilitation and instructional design skills. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create engaging learning experiences. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Passion for adult learning and development.
