You can either work from home or from our office at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.We are in search of ambitious individuals that are interested in recruiting, candidate search, Head-hunting.Candidate must have prior recruitment experience, preferably in Banking and technology, but other recruitment experiences are also welcome.Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.

• Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.

• Conduct screening interviews over the phone.

• Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods - web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.

Required Skills

• Manage expectations with the hiring managers.

• Adept at communicating effectively across all levels.

• Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.

• Pro-active and hands-on attitude to work.

• Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

RequirementsRequired Experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience.

• Banking and technology recruitment experience preferred.

• Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network.

• Fluency in English.

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google work space.

Requirements :Proficient in electronic and traditional prospecting and networking skills; ability to seek new sourcing options proactively and continually and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customerCompetencies.

• Accountability - Responds to job-related commitments by meeting deadlines and being reliable; reviews and assumes additional responsibilities.

When making unfavourable decisions that might have negative consequences, examines the impacts and potential implications to ensure that decision is valid for the situation.

• Networking and Relationship Building - Effectively builds constructive, friendly, professional relationships and networks of key contacts with people and colleagues; maintains partnerships that can provide information, assistance, and support.

• Problem Solving - Responds to issues by offering solutions that fall within the positional responsibilities, involves others as required.

• Environment : Work remotely, indoor, moderate noise levels, Maintain availability of good computer hardware, software, database, Internet and phone connectivity.

Must have:

• Own laptop and wifi connection at home.

• Access to database or Job portal to source candidates.

• System generated email to candidate about interview details, location, point of contact with details of freelance recruiter.

• All candidates submitted by freelance recruiter is stored in a secured login can be accessed only by freelance recruiter.

• System generated whatsapp to candidate through freelance recruiter phone number.

How does it work?

• Associate is provided with a dedicated login which contains details of the Jobs assigned, Candidate sourced, Status of the candidates.

• Mintskill posts job vacancies of its client on Associate Vendor portal

• Mintskill informs you by publishing the requirement and notifying in portal itself.

• You source candidates and submit them for respective requirements using your secure login

• No data entry, only resume upload and online tracker using a form to be filled for candidate going for Interviews.

• Mintskill reviews submissions & passes to employers for further review

• You can send candidates to the Client Interview of qualified and shortlisted candidates. Interview calendar is provided on a dash board.

• Mintskill informs selection, and associates tracks the candidate till Joining.

• Upon Joining, enter the information to Billing.

• Mintskill Sends Invoice and Employer awards payout to Mintskill

• Mintskill passes 50% of the payout to you upon collection.
