We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team remotely. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your own sourcing channels and portals to find potential candidates

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the team

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities

- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
