Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. Required Experience Minimum of 1-5 years of recruiting experience. Non IT recruitment experience preferred. Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network. Payment will be made after the joining of the candidate. 50% will be paid once candidate joins the company and remaining 50% after 30 days of joining.
