Roles & Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.. Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates. Conduct screening interviews over the phone. Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods. \xe2\x80\x93 web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts. Required Skills Manage expectations with the hiring managers. Adept at communicating effectively across all levels. Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently. Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. Required Experience Minimum of 1-5 years of recruiting experience. Non IT recruitment experience preferred. Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network. Please find below the commercial terms: Commercial Terms We would bill at a onetime 4.33% of candidate\xe2\x80\x99s take home salary. Payment will be made after the joining of the candidate. 50% will be paid once candidate joins the company and remaining 50% after 30 days of joining. If the candidate leaves in 60 days, Free replacement have to be provided. Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance Pay: \xe2\x82\xb95,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month
