As a Freelance Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties, working with clients to buy, sell properties , and providing exceptional customer service. You will have the flexibility to work on site and set your own schedule, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Property Listings : Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive descriptions and images.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiation : Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure fair and beneficial agreements for all parties.
• Documentation : Assist clients with the preparation and completion of necessary paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
• Networking : Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, including other real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and contractors.
• Marketing : Promote properties through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising methods.
• Client Support : Provide ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the buying and selling properties.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• banking sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• MR: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
