We offer a range of services including career assessment and guidance, mental health counselling and psychotherapy, corporate wellness programs, and teachers' training and development. Our approach combines both online and offline methods to ensure accessibility and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Career Assessment, Guidance & Counselling:
• Conduct career assessments using standardized tools and methodologies.
• Provide career guidance and counselling to students and professionals.
• Develop individualized career plans and strategies.
• Mental Health Assessment, Counselling & Psychotherapy:
• Perform mental health assessments to diagnose and understand clients' needs.
• Offer counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals and groups.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients' unique situations.
• Corporate Wellness Program:
• Design and deliver wellness programs for corporate clients.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on stress management, work-life balance, and mental health awareness.
• Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to employees.
• Teachers' Training & Development:
• Develop and conduct training programs for educators on mental health awareness and support.
• Facilitate workshops on stress management, student mental health, and self-care for teachers.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to teachers for their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in career counselling, psychotherapy, or mental health.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in counselling or related services.
• Proficiency in both online and offline counselling methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with corporate wellness programs.
• Familiarity with educational training and development.
• Multilingual abilities (Hindi, English, and other regional languages).

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ?499.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
