### Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Marketing Expert to help drive the marketing efforts for our real estate business. As a freelance professional, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, improving brand visibility, and generating qualified leads for residential and commercial properties. This is a project-based role with the flexibility to work remotely and independently.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and engagement within the real estate sector.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the company's presence on major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating content, running paid campaigns, and engaging with followers.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive targeted traffic and increase property inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Create and execute strategies for generating high-quality leads through online channels, including landing pages, paid search ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, newsletters, property listings, and email marketing copy. Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns targeting potential buyers, renters, and investors, providing them with valuable content and property information.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest trends in real estate marketing to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective.
- Brand Development: Ensure that all marketing materials (online and offline) align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure the success of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and report results.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives, and provide them with necessary marketing assets to close deals.
### Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 0 to 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the real estate industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing real estate social media profiles and running successful paid ad campaigns.
- Creative Skills: Ability to create compelling and creative marketing content, including ads, social media posts, and property descriptions.
- Lead Generation & CRM Tools: Experience with lead generation tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and lead nurturing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Strong skills in analyzing data and adjusting strategies accordingly using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other marketing tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different target audiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp).
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, working independently and with minimal supervision.
