We have created a new Staffing Division called B2BStaffingNOW. B2BStaffingNOW specializes in staffing all labor categories related to Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Software Engineering. We are seeking an experienced recruiter with very good English grammar.Compensation: Will be paid 1% of candidates first year salary for Direct Hires and Staff Augmentation.Responsibilities:
Adopt best practices for hiring, interviewing, and salary negotiations
Manage interview process from initial interview through offer stage
Leverage resources including online job boards, networking, referrals, and community involvement to identify potential talent
Source, screen, and identify qualified talent for both contract and permanent roles
Collaboratively identify matches between talent desires and client needs
Determine applicant-role compatibility by analyzing candidate interviews, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Serve as a talent advocate and resource throughout the job search process and beyond
Conduct research on prospects, negotiate terms, and place talent at client companies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred, but experience will be strongly considered
6 months or more in a role related to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Consultative Sales required
REQUIRED: Must have your own access to job boards such as Monster, Indeed, and Careerbuilder.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office required
