Role Summary

As a Freelance Life Skills Trainer , you will play a crucial role in shaping the personal and interpersonal development of school students. Success in this role involves delivering engaging and impactful training sessions on key life skills, fostering active student participation, and collaborating with schools to achieve their developmental objectives. Your work will directly contribute to the holistic growth of students and the overall success of their educational journey.

Life Skills Training Delivery

• Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for school students on topics like communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management.

Student Engagement

• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.
• Employ innovative and enjoyable teaching techniques to maximize the impact of training.

Collaboration with Schools

• Partner with school administrators and teachers to align training programs with their specific goals.
• Provide feedback and actionable recommendations on students' progress and areas of improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 4 years in life skills training, teaching, or a related field.
• Skills : Familiarity with modern training tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Schedule : Flexible, based on school timings and session needs.
• Compensation : Competitive, based on experience and session hours.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
