Freelance HR Recruiter We are looking for a Freelance HR Recruiter to help recruit and develop teams across all functional areas, especially in marketing, software engineering and testing. You will be responsible for managing our end-to-end recruiting process from writing job descriptions and requirements, to posting them, to screening candidates and scheduling interviews. Qualification:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Engineering degree or equivalent IT /Computer Science degree.
• Strong understanding of software development roles and agile methodologies
• 1-2 years of prior experience in HR and recruiting software developers and digital marketing positions
• A clear understanding of software developer and digital marketing job roles
• Experience working in e-commerce or a software development company
