About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Healthcare Recruiter to support a USA-based healthcare company. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals while working remotely in India during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and screen candidates for various healthcare roles in the USA.
• Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the US hiring team.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Stay updated on healthcare industry hiring trends in the USA.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with US healthcare job roles, terminologies, and compliance requirements.
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently during night shifts.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
