This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Projects may range from social media graphics and website assets to print materials and branding assets.What's For The Candidate:Competitive, based on project scope and experience. Rates will be discussed on a per-project basis.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Digital Design: Create high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and digital ads
• Print Design: Develop print-ready files for materials like brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual coherence across all assets
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with marketing and product teams to understand project goals, gather feedback, and iterate on designs
• Conceptualization: Take initial ideas and turn them into visually engaging concepts, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed
• File Preparation: Deliver final files in various formats, ensuring print and digital readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
