Key Responsibilities:Freelancer Database Management:- Manage the existing database of freelancers.- Generate more freelancers through different portals and recruitment channels.Freelancer Outreach:- Connect with new freelancers daily through calls and messages.- Introduce them to SnapFind and assess their potential.Team Formation and Profile Generation:- Organize freelancers into specific teams based on roles and expertise.- Facilitate the generation of candidate profiles from these teams.Content Sharing and Motivation:- Share engaging content and motivational messages to keep freelancers active and productive.- Regularly update freelancers on new opportunities and platform features.Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, recognizing their professional status.- Ensure freelancers feel valued and supported in their roles.Query Resolution :- Address and resolve freelancer queries within the Turnaround Time (TAT).- Provide timely and effective support to ensure freelancer satisfaction.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or a similar role.Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to engage and motivate freelancers through effective communication.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and portals is a plus - ONLY Male Candidates (ref:updazz.com)
