THE ROLE


We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Java Full Stack - TRAINER to join our vibrant team at iamneo for one of our prestigious $4 Billion IT giants spread across globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training at any of the client locations (Mumbai / Chennai / Bengaluru / Bhubaneshwar)


This will be for a period of 3 months starting Mid-June 2023, ensuring their satisfaction, increasing throughput, and learning curve for their new graduates ( FRESHERS). In this role, you will work directly with customer?s freshers? batch by providing necessary support in terms of training them with the TOC shared for the skill. This will be on-premises full-day training as per the training schedule of our client to achieve their goals. Food, Travel, and accommodation will be taken care of by iamneo.


REQUIREMENT:


Minimum 10+ years of prior experience in training or equivalent history of increasing learning curve of freshers and end customer satisfaction.


Familiarity working with clients of all sizes in a professional set-up.


Excellent communication skills.


Detail-oriented and ability to connect with the highly aspirational fresher?s on-board client?s location.


Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly.


Proven record of operating as an independent contributor.


Ability to deliver engaging presentations.


Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.


Excellent interpersonal skills


Classroom-based training as per client needs
