Our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation is looking to engage with a Consultant. Key responsibilities: 1. Colleague Communications Strategic planning: Support the Colleague Communications Lead on developing and executing the company India communications and engagement strategy, leveraging all available communication channels and tools. Understand the comprehensive annual colleague engagement and communication plan with short, mid and long-term initiatives and advise on the appropriate execution strategy. Strategic planning for creation, editing, designing, and publishing all colleague communications/ publications including communication emails, posters, AVs, newsletters, townhalls, etc. 2. On-ground event execution: Facilitate the end-to-end execution plan for colleague communication events including vendor sourcing, communicating event requirements, price negotiations, coordinating the event, backstage event management and coordinating payments to vendors. Co-ordinate for site-specific global events like safety week, milestone celebrations, and other related activities. Closely work with the teams from different BUs to support collaterals required for colleague awareness initiatives (Breast Cancer Week, World Immunization Week, Women\'s Day etc.), business events like Plan of Action Meetings (POAs) or colleague engagement teams (Sports Committee, Women\'s Group etc). Ensure the seamless execution of our annual corporate gifting to employees through appropriate selection of items, price negotiations, sampling, and coordination with delivery partners. 3. Vendor Management and Administrative Support Engage in a robust search for quality vendors for our events including production agencies, designing agencies and corporate gifting agencies etc. Undertake the process of bringing vendors into the company network ensuring complete adherence to legal & compliance processes/requirements. Coordinate all payments to vendors by raising POs and ensuring invoices are sent to the payments team in a timely manner. Maintain the CCE expense records and ensure periodic cascade and alignment with internal stakeholders. Capacity: Full time Duration: 12 months Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Skills Required 3-4 of solid work experience in event management Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to play as a team as well as in individual capacity Basic proficiency in designing tools such as Canva Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with a clear focus on quality of deliverables.
