what you will do develop the infrastructure for field Investigationsvendor identifications build platform and data resources build SOPs around the investigation techniques execute various on ground techniques for collecting information and evidence to support the law enforcement, identification of fraudsters & validation of victim claims create a pan-India geographical reach mechanism to facilitate ground level investigations conduct All levels of ground investigation & interrogations report evidence & recommendation for systems provide ground-level insight of different frauds and abuse modus operandi observed by the digital fraud prevention team update on the ongoing trends of frauds within the industry creating ground-level relationship management with law enforcement agencies close coordination with the legal team for actionable against the fraudsters you should apply if you: have minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience are qualified to manage & supervise the ground level investigations have good interrogation skills have interpersonal skills which will be instrumental in meeting customers & investigation of a few sticky cases. this would also be helpful in managing & coordinating with the law enforcements hold good analytical skills to frame and design, insights, reports & dashboards
