Responsibilities: Managing reports of Fraud from Financial Institutions Assessing the intelligence received to take the appropriate actions on accounts and support the resolution of cases. Regular communication via email with Modulr Partners to manage timely response to cases. Supporting financial crime prevention across the wider business and Modulr partnerships through the review of intelligence, sharing insights. Supporting in data gathering for Law Enforcement Requests Stakeholder Engagement (Internal and External) Must have: +1 years of relevant experience Strong awareness of current Fraud Typologies Ability to manage high volume of tickets and responses in a timely manner Ability to use judgement to take correct outcomes Ability to engage with stakeholders internally and externally Intermediate Excel skills Nice to have: Structure and organizational skills & ability to handle the competing pressures of compliance tasks and investigations from several different workstreams. Analytical & inquisitive mindset & proactive approach to problem solving and issue resolution. Ability to structure investigations in a clear and concise manner. Self-leading and working independently when required in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
