Required - Frappe & ERPNext Implementation & Internal Audit Specialist Location: Surat Industry- Healthcare PHARMA INDUSTRY Must have experience as a Frappe & ERPNext Implementation/ Developer in the Healthcare Industry or Similr Industry Job Brief We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced candidates who have vast experience on Frappe Framework as a developer who can help the company to transform its business using ERPNext and business process automation technologies. Roles And Responsibilities An ERP developer creates, modifies, and maintains the functionality of the ERP system. They work with the business users to understand the requirements and specifications of the system, and then customizations, integrations, extensions, reports, and interfaces. Understand requirements and suggest possible solutions. All aspects of development including server-side, API, and client-side logic. Can write efficient and reusable code design. Ensure a smooth transition for current customizations with upgrades of Frappe and ERPNext. Implement ERP NeXT based on requirements including installation, configuration, data migration, customization, training, and support. Perform ERP Next system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and reliability. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or bugs in the ERPNext system, providing timely resolutions. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues related to the ERPNext system. Experience in developing ERPNext Application for Manufacturing domain using CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project, HR and related modules. Stay updated with the latest ERPNext features, modules, and technologies to recommend system improvements and best practices. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure proper utilisation and understanding of the ERPNext system. Job Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Education Bachelor\'s degree in related field. English language preferred Experience Overall 2+ years of extensive experience in Frappe and ERPNext Familiarity with current ERPNext features and functionalities. Skills- Excellent communication skills. Entrepreneurial spirit to build products at scale. Technologies/ Framework: Frappe/ ERPNext/ MySQL/ MariaDB/ AWS/ Azure deployment, CI/CD, Node.js, Redis Languages and Tools: JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Jinja
