Wellship , a leading brand in the health and wellness sector, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Franchisee Manager to join our growing team in Delhi, India.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational guidance to assigned Wellship franchise outlets.
• Develop and implement business plans to ensure franchisees achieve their sales and profitability goals.
• Oversee all aspects of outlet operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure franchisees adhere to Wellship brand standards and policies.
• Build strong relationships with franchisees and act as a key point of contact for all their needs.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive customer footfall and revenue growth within the assigned franchise outlets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on franchise performance and submit them to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Franchisee Manager role within the beauty, wellness industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
