Job Description

The Franchisee Development Executive will be responsible for the strategic growth and expansion of the brand by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-quality franchisees for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business. This role requires a strong understanding of franchise operations, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive brand expansion in new and existing markets. The successful candidate will also play a critical role in supporting franchisees to ensure their success and operational efficiency post-launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchise Recruitment & Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive franchisee recruitment strategy to meet the company's growth objectives.
• Generate, identify, and qualify potential franchisee leads through various marketing channels, franchise expos, networking events, and partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and franchisee profiles to determine suitable candidates for expansion.
• Manage and respond to inbound franchise inquiries in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of engagement and interest.
• Franchisee Evaluation & Selection:
• Evaluate potential franchisee candidates based on financial capabilities, business experience, cultural fit, and commitment to the brand.
• Conduct initial and follow-up meetings, interviews, and background checks to ensure alignment with brand values and business objectives.
• Present potential franchisees to the senior leadership team for final approval, including preparation of detailed reports and recommendations.
• Franchise Sales Process:
• Guide prospective franchisees through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to signed franchise agreements.
• Prepare and present franchise disclosure documents (FDD) to candidates, ensuring they understand the terms, obligations, and opportunities of the franchise relationship.
• Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements.
• Franchisee Onboarding & Training Support:
• Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure a seamless and thorough onboarding experience for new franchisees.
• Facilitate franchisee orientation and initial training sessions, ensuring that franchisees are well-prepared to launch their locations successfully.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees during the pre-opening phase, ensuring all necessary steps are completed efficiently.
• Market Research & Expansion Strategy:
• Conduct market analysis and identify strategic areas for expansion in alignment with company goals.
• Work closely with the real estate team to identify potential site locations for new franchises.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure the franchise model remains competitive and attractive to potential franchisees.
• Relationship Management & Franchisee Support:
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with franchisees and act as the key point of contact throughout the pre-opening and ongoing operational phases.
• Provide post-launch support, helping franchisees resolve challenges, optimize performance, and grow their businesses.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and supportive relationship with franchisees to ensure mutual success.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Track and report on franchise development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline status, and market penetration.
• Regularly update the senior management team on progress toward franchise expansion goals, identifying potential obstacles and recommending solutions.
• Brand Ambassadorship:
• Represent the brand at franchise expos, industry conferences, and other networking events.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the QSR concept and its franchise opportunity to prospective candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
