Position: Franchise Sales ManagerLocation: GurgaonExperience: Minimum 2 years in franchise sales or related fieldJob Overview:As a Franchise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving franchise sales and expanding ourbrand. You will play a pivotal role in identifying potential franchisees, nurturing relationships, andultimately closing deals. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets whilemaintaining the integrity and standards of our brand.Responsibilities:Identify potential franchisees through various channels including online inquiries, referrals, networkingevents, and industry associations.Develop strong relationships with prospective franchisees, understanding their needs, concerns, andmotivations. Provide accurate and timely information about franchise opportunities, addressing anyqueries or objections they may have.Conduct persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our franchise model. Negotiate termsand conditions of franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Utilize market insightsto refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.Work closely with internal stakeholders including marketing, legal, and operations teams to facilitate asmooth transition for new franchisees. Ensure compliance with franchise regulations and standards.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Analyze sales data toidentify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.Build long-term relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support, guidance, and assistance asneeded. Foster a sense of community and collaboration among franchise partners.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative andresourcefulness.Flexibility to travel as needed.
