We are looking for a proactive Franchise manager to manage and support franchise operations.
Responsibilities include coordinating with franchise partners, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving sales targets.
The role requires providing guidance to franchise teams, implementing growth strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in franchise management and team supervision is required.
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per month
Schedule:
